Remember that if you are paying for more than one person we will need Names and Addresses for everyone that you are paying for.

 

All deposits are non-returnable, if final payment hasn’t been received by each events cut off date we reserve the right to re open your place, however we will contact you first and give you warning regarding this.

Event cost £85.00.

You can pay a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 followed by final payment no later than 17th September  2010 of £65.00. We reserve the right to offer your place open after this date.  Or pay in full £85.00

Crewing

 

Crewing for Heroes & Dragons cost £10 This is towards food, This will include meals all weekend, tea/coffee and squash plus we always have sweets in the crew area.

You can pay us at the event or via PayPal, there is an option on the online booking page.

If you are a student or unemployed the cost is £5 if you don’t wish to be catered for then crewing is free. The money is only towards crew food for the weekend

Crew are very important to us, we value and appreciate our crew, we strive for the same number of crew to players. Don’t worry if you new or don’t have much kit we have plenty and will partner new (to the hobby) crew with experienced old hands.
