Clerics
The mystic abilities of these characters works differently from the mages in that they have no hard and fast set spell lists to begin with. By summoning their focus of power they can perform miracles of varying degrees from minor miracles, major miracles to epic miracles. By roleplaying vocals and actions in the same way as telling the recipient of the miracle a tale of what is occurring to them draws the gods power into the action.
For example the cleric James of Sol wishes to set the broken wound of his comrade should fuss over the wound will intoning such a tale as “With the blessings of Sol this wound does cease to bleed, the flesh does knit together with the light of my lord, the pain does recede ......etc”. or another example Cleric Paula of Thana confronts a demon terrifing their group, brandishing her holy symbol forth and standing resolute intoning “By the grace of the goddess Thana i cast you asunder you foul abomination, get ye from Thana’s holy sight .....etc” May drive the Demon back away from harming the party. The more put into the vocals and actions the stronger the effect will be upon the goal desired
A Cleric starts the adventure with the ability to summon per day -
8 Minor miracles - for example to heal a minor wound, purge minor poisons, remove fear.
3 Major miracles - for example to knit major wounds, inspire great rage, repel greater dead.
1 Epic miracles - Ritualistic with great show and focus for example return afallen comrade from the edge of death.
Examples of minor miracles could be-(see also white magic in the magic section for a list of examples of cleric spells)

These are just examples, what miracles your Cleric/Priest/Druid casts is up to you to create, however use of physical props should be used. For example when healing a broken bone the cleric could break another item that they have inscribed upon the miracle to be cast. (old bones, sticks etc) If blessing a person runes could be written upon them and then blessed water used.
The degree of the miracle is up to the players discretion, if in any doubt feel free to talk to the refs at any point.
Clerics can also take the Prepare Religous artifact skill, with this they can charge a artifact with a minor miracle, Clerics can carry up to two artifacts on thier person.
Clerics are the representatives of their chosen patron god, following the strictures of their belief can summon their Gods power to perform miracles As well as the ability to heal the gods persona dictates what other avenues of miracle are open to the Cleric -
followers of Sol the sun god are adept healers of disease and wounds. Bringing holy light upon the darkest regions of evil intent
followers of Barak the god of war and destruction are the battle priests who lead they way in war filling their flock with courage and extolling them with ferocity in the teeth of terrible foes.
followers of Sirt the god of the air are capricious and care free, tricksters and manipulators of the winds of fate.
followers of Vell the Goddess of love are beings of harmony and advisers, but with a darker aspect of revenge in their nature.
Followers of Thana the Goddess of Death seek the balance of the natural order, terrible foes of the unnatural denizens of undeath and the demonic. Feared and misunderstood by many Thana temples are avoided as places to fear.
followers of Minea the Goddess of the Sea feel the draw to the oceans and her whimsical nature. often viewed as pessimistic.
Followers of Minos God of Truth and Justice are the keepers of law and order. strict and unbending in their belief, respected and feared in equal measure . Many Minos clerics lead fanatic bands along the lawless wild lands dispensing unyielding justice.
Followers of Luna the Goddess of the moon are the guardians of the paths to the afterlife. Clerics of Luna can gain insight into other planes of existence.
Followers of Tanuk the Smith are the crafters of legend, Makers of works of beauty and exceptional quality oft bound to their workshops and places of worship. Wandering clerics of Tanuk often are questing to find skilled beings to guide them in the tenants of the Smith.
Rules on Resurrection
Clerics can using their daily Epic miracle resurrect another player, however there are certain conditions to this-
1) The body must be in one piece, clerics can heal the body prior to resurrection if needed. (if there are limbs missing or there are huge gaping holes which will leak a lot of blood once resurrected etc.)
2) The person being resurrected must be willing, a ref will check with the dead player first, however the cleric will not know this information until they have finished the ritual.
3) A player who has been resurrected loses one Hit Point to the body permanently.
4) The cleric is asking their god to intercede and temporally halt the journey to Thana's halls. The Clerics God will bargain with Thana to allow the person to return to their body and back to the land of the living, the Gods don't do this for free! The resurrected will be expected to serve the God in question and at any point in time the God may ask them to give their life to aid that particular god. It may be that the God decides to tell the resurrected player at the time of resurrection when that will be and in what form (often a quest or such).
A cleric of one God would not be able to resurrect another Ceric of a different God for this reason.
5) Thana rarely herself grants resurrection unless its suits her needs, Anu also rarely. Minos God of Truth will never grant such a miracle, the other gods are more willing especially Sol.
6) Although technically the resurrected player is alive, they will detect as undead.
7) The players must be in their Gods world (the main game world for nearly all Gods) to be able to cast miracles. For Epic miracles the God must also present within the world. It could be likely that the Cleric will be ignorant of the gods whereabouts but should an Epic miracle fail with out reason it might be in their interest to start investigating.
Druids
Druids are devotees to Anu the Goddess of Nature, keepers of the forests and the wilds. All the things that grow and wild beast fall into the domain of Anu with the lands of civilization being a corruption upon the beauty of her creation. Druids can craft the natural world to their bidding to further and protect nature.
Druids of Anu call forth the essence of nature to aid them in the goals be it from summoning creatures to your aid, calming the fierce beast to purging the corruption affecting an area of the wild.
Druid powers work the same way as Clerics powers with the same limits.
Bards
Bards are the legend keepers, the story weavers and saga keepers. The oratory of the bards can inspire all to shrug off the fear of facing terrifying creatures, weaken the resolve of stalwart foes and sooth the savage monster. A difficult role to play as a Bard can turn the tide by telling an epic saga during battle to inspire emotion to overcome adversity, As with all characters in Heroes and Dragons the more effort put into the oratory the better the effect that can be achieved. Bards are also tale tellers of heroic deeds and are much sought after by lords and heroes to spread their own renown and expanding the word hoard of the Bard. The darker side of the Bard is as a satirist employed to increase the infamy of enemies.
